It has been exactly 10 years since I handed over as TESCON President at the premier university, the University of Ghana. Returning to campus for their general meeting brought back so many memories of the formidable and dedicated executives who served with me in the 2016 administration.
We were united and driven by one goal, to help the party recapture power after 8 years in opposition. It took sacrifice, hard work, and unwavering dedication to secure that overwhelming victory.
Today, we find ourselves at another defining moment. Once again, we need a formidable and united front to recapture power and reclaim our past glory. I took the opportunity to encourage our tertiary branch under the Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party to rise to the occasion. The time has come for sacrifice and hard work once more.
Congratulations to the executives for putting together such a wonderful event.
